Have you ever heard Computer Related Injury(CRI) which also known as Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). As part time blogger, spending much more time in front of the PC or laptop is a MUST=p

As more people are getting hook with laptop, mobile and also playstations CRI has become more common. Young people especially have been reported to have this type of injury for last few years.


Never to worry cause i got some tips for those blog-addicted-machine like me;p

Here are the tips that you all should consider:

  • The eyes have it. Improper lighting causes eye strain. This can lead to headaches and focusing on your blog. Use ambient lighting with computer workstations.

  • A seat fit for a king. Get a very nice adjustable and affordable chair.hee..Uncomfortable chairs can cause pains shooting in your lower back.

  • Make your desktop setup functional and user-friendly. Most desks are 28-30 inches above the floor. Proper height for writing, but not for computer work. So you can lower the keyboard and mouse.

  • Take a break! Eye breaks(15 minutes) and stretch breaks. But if you got extra money to spend on, you can buy RSIGuard. A software that track keyboard and mouse habit and alert you to take a break.
