My First IX

How to sharpen mind's memory - PART 1
step 1:
Adequately rest your body and mind. We live in a fast
paced non-stop society, and are often prone to overly
tasking our lives. This can place unnecessary stress
on our brain and influence our memory negatively. So,
rest and allow your body and mind to rejuvenate.
Step 2:
Eat a healthy and nourishing diet. Yes, there is some
truths to the term “brain foods,” and incorporating
health eating can compliment your mind’s ability to
retain knowledge and recall knowledge.
Step 3:
Get enough exercise. A body that is physically fit is
less likely to feel sluggish and lethargic. Plus,
exercising helps the quality of circulation in the
body and brings a good flow of oxygen to the organs of
the body, including the brain. Having a brain that is
well nourished with oxygen can help you think with
clarity. Yoga and Pilates are good exercise methods
because they incorporate a mind and body balance along
with proper breathing techniques.
Step 4:
Take a moment to do a little reality orientation every
morning. When you wake up, recall the day, the date
and any important information (appointments,
birthdays, anniversaries and so on).
Step 5:
Keep lists. It is definitely okay to have to refer to
a list in order to keep your daily life organized, and
it helps to remove clutter from your memory so you do
not overload your mind.
Step 6:
Include meditation into your daily routine. This is an
excellent way to allow your body a momentary session
of relaxation and this can help your mind release the
daily stresses that may be weighing heavily upon the
mind. Stress can really interfere with the memory.

Bleach 98 & Naruto 405 Manga
Bleach
Let's stop the pendulum.
A night has passed. Urahara wakes up to see Shinji who's face is covered by his mask. Shinji is not moving.
Urahara apologises to Tessai for failing to cure them. Urahara goes outside for some fresh air but is met by the central 46 law enforcement. They are there to arrest him.
He is summoned for interrogation and asked where he was last night. He is asked if he was experimenting on hollowification.
Central 46 suspects that Urahara while in the forrest attempted to use 8 vice captain/captain level shinigami in an evil hollowification experiment. (Perhaps they were told this by Aizen).
Urahara tells them that it was Aizen who did it and that he was simply trying to help them. However Aizen has 124 general shinigami and 1 captain confirm that he wasn't at the scene the night before.
Also, during the investigation there was a report claiming the discovery of hollowification research going on at the 12th division.
Also, Tessai has been sentenced to serve in the third underground prison for using a forbidden technique.
For doing taboo research and experimenting on his fellow shinigami resulting in them being heavily injured, Urahara is sentenced to exile in the living world for eternity.
They then announce that the shinigami who are victims of this experiment will be strictly disposed of as hollows.
When Urahara is about to object Yoruichi who has her face covered by a cloth kidnaps both of them and takes them away to the hiding place near sougyoku.
Yoruichi has already transported the 8 shinigami (vizards) and the new gigai that has been being developed.
After listening to Shinji for a while Urahara decides they are in the worst situation possible and thinks of the best way to deal with it.
Urahara asks Tessai to use Jikantenshi one more time to create a barrier, he will then create 10 gigai for himself, Tessai, Shinji and the rest within 20 hours. Urahara vows to hide himself and spend his time finding a way to get rid of the hollowification.
The scene changes to Shinji and co in the current day.
In the same warehouse, Shinji says that Urahara said there has been no miscalculation and that is the first miscalculation.
He says that everything has come to the worst possible scenario as expected.
Shinji "For real, I am indebted to Urahara.... and then Aizen also."
It finishes with someone saying "let's go" and then the Vizards leave the warehouse.
Naruto
Naruto: "You send him?"
Sai and Sakura look at Naruto.
Tsunade: "That's right"
Naruto: "Why did you allowed something like this! Why did you let him went to that dangerous place alone..."
Kakashi: "Stop it Naruto. You don't understand what Fifth already feel..."
Tsunades flashback
Naruto: "Damn!"
Sakura: "Naruto! Where are you going?!"
*naruto whining*
Naruto goes outside
Kakashi apologies before frogs, but frog says he likes Naruto and thinks he's child of prophecy.
Outside.
Naruto walks and remember Jiraiya.
"Hey, Naruto!"

Iruka sensei appears and invite Naruto to ramen ()
Naruto: "No..." ()
Naruto's house at night.
He decides to walk outside.
He sees people seating on bench eating ice-cream. It melts.
Naruto falls down in tears.
Comes Iruka-sensei.
Jiraiya recognized you as excellent pupil... bla-bla
Next day Tsunade ask Shikamaru to decipher code.
Then Tsunade remembers how she met Jiraiya for the first time, and start to cry "Idiot..."

Prison Break Season 4
ATTENTION to all Prison Break die-hard-fan. It will aired on 1st Sep 2008 8:00PM EST. I think in this season Scofield will revenge Sarah's horrific death.Hope this will cheer up your days after the petrol price hikes pretty high last weeks thanks to my wise old Prime Minister, Pak Lah. He always makes the life of Malaysian people "easier" with the help of his son-in-law who come from nowhere and take the Malaysian politics by storm. If you don't who is his son-in-law...go here.

Bit Torrent Tutorials
The first things you need to know about using Bit Torrent:
-- Bit Torrent is aimed at broadband users (or any connection better than dialup).
-- Sharing is highly appreciated, and sharing is what keeps bit torrent alive.
-- A bit torrent file (*.torrent) contains information about the piece structure of the download (more on this later)
-- The method of downloading is not your conventional type of download. Since downloads do not come in as one
big chunk, you are able to download from many people at once, increasing your download speeds. There may be
100 "pieces" to a file, or 20,000+ pieces, all depending on what you're downloading. Pieces are usually small (under 200kb)
-- The speeds are based upon people sharing as they download, and seeders. Seeders are people who constantly
share in order to keep torrents alive. Usually seeders are on fast connections (10mb or higher).
In this tutorial, I will be describing it all using a bit torrent client called Azureus. This client is used to decode the .torrent files into a useable format to download from other peers. From here on out, I will refer to Bit Torrent as BT.
Which BT client you use, is purely up to you. I have tried them all, and my personal favorite is Azureus for many reasons. A big problem with most BT clients out there, is that they are extremely CPU intensive, usually using 100% of your cpu power during the whole process. This is the number one reason I use Azureus. Another, is a recently released plug-in that enables you to browse all current files listed on suprnova.org (the #1 source for torrent downloads).
Before you use the plug-in, take a look at http://www.suprnova.org, and browse the files. Hold your mouse over the links, and you'll notice every file ends in .torrent. This is the BT file extension. Usually, .torrent files are very small, under 200kb. They contain a wealth of information about the file you want to download. A .torrent file can contain just 1 single file, or a a directory full of files and more directories. But regardless, every download is split up into hundreds or thousands of pieces. The pieces make it much easier to download at higher speeds. Back to suprnova.org. Look at the columns:
Added | Name | Filesize | Seeds | DLs (and a few more which aren't very useful.)
I'll break this down.
Added: Self explanitory, its the date the torrent was added.
Name: Also self explanitory.
Filesize: Duh
Seeds: This is how many people are strictly UPLOADING, or sharing. These people are the ones that keep .torrent files alive. By "alive", I mean, if there's no one sharing the .torrent file, no one can download.
DLs: This is how many people currently downloading that particular torrent. They also help keep the torrent alive as they share while they download.
It's always best to download using a torrent that has a decent amount of seeders and downloaders, this way you can be assured there's a good chance your download will finish. The more the better.
Now that you should understand how torrent files work, and how to use them, on to Azureus!
First, get JAVA! You need this to run Azureus, as java is what powers it. Get Java here: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
Next, get Azureus at: http://azureus.sourceforge.net
Next, get the Suprnovalister plugin from http://s93732957.onlinehome.us/storage/suprnovalister.jar
Install Java JRE before you do ANYTHING.
Install Azureus, and then in the installation folder, create 2 more folders. ./Plugins/suprnovalister (For example, if you installed Azureus to C:\PROGRAM FILES\AZUREUS, create C:\PROGRAM FILES\AZUREUS\PLUGINS\SUPRNOVALISTER). Next, put the suprnovalister.jar file that you downloaded, in that folder.
Load up Azureus, and if you want, go through the settings and personalize it.
The tab labeled "My Torrents" is the section of Azureus you need the most often. That lists all your transfers, uploads and downloads. It shows every bit of information you could possibly want to know about torrents you download.
In the menu bar, go to View > Plugins > Suprnova Lister. This will open up a new tab in Azureus. Click on "Update Mirror". This will get a mirror site of suprnova.org containing all current torrent files available. Once a mirror is grabbed, choose a category from the drop-down box to the left and click "Update". Wah-lah, all the available downloads appear in the main chart above. Just double click a download you want, and bang its starting to download. Open the "My Torrents" tab again to view and make sure your download started.
After your download has finished, be nice, and leave the torrent transferring. So people can get pieces of the file from you, just as you got pieces from other people.
Alternatively, if you don't want to use the plugin... you can just head to suprnova.org and download files to any folder. Then go to File > Open > .torrent File in Azureus.

Tessai is surprised that his technique could be stopped by Aizen who is only a vice captain.
Aizen's group is able to leave. Urahara and Tessai then try to help Hirako and the others but it's hard to do it at the scene.
Tessai asks Urahara if he knows a way to deal with this type of phenomenon after giving such a speech (TN: about hollowification I presume).
Urahara says he has a possible way of helping them though it's risky, he asks him to transport all of them to the 12th division.
He uses forbidden techniques (jikanteishi/kuukanteni) to transport themselves and the land to the 12th division.
Hollowification was one of the solutions Urahara discovered when researching how to strengthen the souls.
The boundary between shinigami and hollow will be destroyed within an instant with this process creating substance.

then a genjutsu crow flies into naruto's mouth
itachi 'I'll split my power with you...let's hope you never have to use it.'

in truth it's a continuation of the 'come before me' speech
Sasuke picks up and throws a kunai at itachi

MU's Ronaldo have hearts on Real Madrid
Finally Christiano Ronaldo admit that he sees long term future in Spain not England to his closest friend in Portugal. Manchester United fans will go outrage i thinks as most MU fans really admire him a lot. I admire his skills but not his act of play in the fields and attitude of making friends. He also makes face gesture(Drogba like face gesture) that i really hate when scoring a goal.
